1. What TraxxTool is

TraxxTool is desktop software that helps you prepare backing tracks, guides and setlists for use with StageTraxx. We sell the software itself. We do not resell, proxy or meter any third-party API — features that use ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Genius or similar run on your own API keys.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. One account is for one person; don't share paid entitlements.

3. Plans & payment

Community is free. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks Full Backup and unlimited Merge for the current major version; future major versions may require a new purchase. Cloud is a recurring subscription that requires Pro. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Cancel Cloud anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. For one-time Pro purchases, contact us within 14 days if something isn't right and we'll make it fair.

5. Acceptable use

Use TraxxTool with content you have the rights to. You're responsible for how you use third-party services under your own keys and for complying with their terms.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
